Is delivery affected by Brexit?

Because of the agreement between the UK and the EU, there are no known shipping limitations or other issues. We will include an invoice and customs declaration in all shipments to the UK.

Is delivery affected by the Covid-19 pandemic?

Currently, we were not informed about general difficulties or restrictions. Although some carriers have limited their service in certain regions, we are able to find an alternative carrier most of the time. If there will be difficulties or delays, we will inform the buyer as soon as possible.

After the payment has arrived, a download link will be sent to your e-mail address. You can download the ticket in PDF format there. Tickets will not be shipped via mail. If you want your ticket shipped via mail, you will have to bear the shipping costs.
