Please use the “Lost Ticket” link in our ticket shop. If you have already bought a ticket, you will receive a copy, otherwise an error will occur.

If this doesn’t work or if you are still unsure, please contact support@pony-events.eu.

If you are unsure, please do not place another order but contact us first. If you accidentally order another ticket, you will have to pay the cancelation fee or even the full ticket price.
