Is delivery affected by Brexit?

Because of the agreement between the UK and the EU, there are no known shipping limitations or other issues. We will include an invoice and customs declaration in all shipments to the UK.

Is delivery affected by the Covid-19 pandemic?

Do I have to print the ticket?

No, the ticket can also be presented on a smartphone or tablet. We only need to scan the QR or barcode. Please mind that the check-in process is heavily slowed down if the barcode cannot be scanned properly.
