If you want to keep your ticket for 2022, you don’t need to take any action. Your e-ticket will remain valid for GalaCon 2022. If you need a copy of your ticket, please use the lost ticket form in our shop.
We are thankful though for an earlier notification if you have already decided to keep your tickets for GalaCon 2022. This helps us with estimating the total number of refunds and makes handling all requests easier.
To apply for a refund, please fill out the form below. Please understand that, depending on the number of refund requests, payouts need to be planned and cannot be incurred immediately. Requests must be submitted until June 30th, 2021. After this date, all remaining tickets will be turned in for tickets for GalaCon 2022.
